Managed payroll administration
End-to-end processing of an agreed pay cycle: input validation, gross-to-net calculation, deductions, payroll reports, payslips and the payroll record.
Orinomics Limited processes payroll for UK employers using information the employer has approved. We prepare the pay run, produce payslips and payroll reports, support PAYE and Real Time Information submissions, and maintain an auditable record of what was processed, approved and changed.
Every engagement runs under a written service agreement that sets out the payrolls covered, the processing deadlines, the approval points, the outputs and the fee basis before the first pay run.
You remain the employer. Orinomics Limited administers the payroll process you instruct us to run. You remain responsible for employment decisions, worker status and tax treatment, contractual pay, approval of each pay run, and funding of net pay, HMRC liabilities and pension contributions. We process, calculate, report and keep the record. We do not decide, and we do not pay.
Setting this out plainly is not a disclaimer exercise. It is how a payroll bureau engagement actually works, and clients who understand it from day one have fewer problems at year end.

End-to-end processing of an agreed pay cycle: input validation, gross-to-net calculation, deductions, payroll reports, payslips and the payroll record.
Preparation and submission support for Full Payment Submissions and Employer Payment Summaries, using approved payroll data and your PAYE scheme details.
Processing of pension contributions and statutory payments through the pay run, with the supporting payroll records and pension provider files.
Structured processing for weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly payrolls with variable hours, overtime, shift premiums, expenses and deductions, where you are the employer.
A controlled move from an existing provider or in-house process: data review, opening balances, parallel run where agreed, and documented sign-off before live processing.
Final submissions for the tax year, P60 production and distribution, and the new-year setup including updated codes and thresholds.
We set this out on the front page because payroll pricing is often deliberately opaque. There are three ways Orinomics Limited earns revenue, and only these three.
An agreed rate for each payslip produced in a pay run, invoiced monthly against a processing log showing the run, the headcount and the rate applied. This is the standard basis for most clients.
For employers who prefer a predictable figure, a fixed monthly fee covering an agreed pay frequency and an agreed headcount band. Reviewed with you quarterly and adjusted in writing before any change takes effect.
For migration, historic correction work or a one-off year-end catch-up — a single fee quoted against a written scope with a defined deliverable.
Whichever applies, the amount is quoted in writing against a defined scope and agreed before processing begins.
Our fee is never a percentage of your payroll value. We take no commission, no share of any deduction, and no payment from any third party — including software vendors, pension providers and payment providers — in connection with your account. Nothing is ever charged to an employee or a worker. The employer is our client and the only party we invoice.

UK employers who want payroll to be a defined, repeatable process rather than a monthly scramble. Typically:
small and medium-sized employers without a dedicated payroll person;
businesses running weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly payrolls, or more than one of these at once;
employers with variable hours, overtime, shift premiums, expenses or court-ordered deductions;
businesses running a temporary or contractor workforce on their own PAYE scheme; and
employers changing payroll provider, or bringing an inherited and inconsistent payroll under control.
Send us the basics — how many payrolls, how many employees, the pay frequencies, what your current process looks like and what is going wrong with it. We will come back with a written scope and a quote.
