Outsourced payroll administration for UK employers.

info@orinomics.com Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time

How it works

Six controlled stages, every period

  1. 01

    01 — Scope and setup

We agree the payrolls in scope, the pay frequencies, the processing deadlines, the approval contacts, the required outputs and the reporting formats. Everything is documented before the first run. There is no charge for scoping.

  2. 02

    02 — Secure data collection

You supply authorised payroll inputs through the channel agreed at setup, by the cut-off stated in your agreement. Payroll data is not accepted through channels that are not named in the agreement.

  3. 03

    03 — Processing and checks

We validate the inputs for completeness and consistency, then process the payroll under the agreed rules. Anything missing, inconsistent or outside expected ranges is logged as an exception and reported — never resolved by assumption.

  4. 04

    04 — Employer approval

You receive the draft totals and the exception report. You review and approve before anything is finalised. The approval is recorded with the date, the approver and the version approved.

  5. 05

    05 — Outputs and submissions

Payslips, payroll reports and the payment schedule are issued. Authorised RTI submissions are made where they are in scope, and you receive confirmation of each.

  6. 06

    06 — Record keeping

Processing records are retained for the agreed period and the audit trail — inputs received, checks performed, exceptions raised, approvals given, changes made — is maintained throughout.

Who does what
