Payroll services

Scoped in writing, processed to a timetable, approved before finalisation

Orinomics Limited provides six payroll administration services to UK employers. Each is defined in a written scope that states what is included, what sits outside it, the processing deadlines, the outputs and the fee basis.

We work from payroll data you have authorised. We do not process unapproved information, and we do not finalise a pay run without your approval.

How the services fit together

Most clients take managed payroll administration as the core service. PAYE and RTI administration and pension and statutory pay processing are normally included within it rather than bought separately, but they are set out individually here because the scope of each needs to be explicit in your agreement.

Payroll migration is a one-off project at the start of the relationship. Year-end administration recurs annually. Variable-hours payroll is not a separate service so much as a different processing profile — it is listed separately because the controls and the fee basis differ.

Managed payroll administration

End-to-end processing of an agreed pay cycle: input validation, gross-to-net calculation, deductions, payroll reports, payslips and the payroll record.

PAYE and RTI administration

Preparation and submission support for Full Payment Submissions and Employer Payment Summaries, using approved payroll data and your PAYE scheme details.

Workplace pensions and statutory pay

Processing of pension contributions and statutory payments through the pay run, with the supporting payroll records and pension provider files.

Payroll migration and onboarding

A controlled move from an existing provider or in-house process: data review, opening balances, parallel run where agreed, and documented sign-off before live processing.

Payroll year-end administration

Final submissions for the tax year, P60 production and distribution, and the new-year setup including updated codes and thresholds.

Before we accept an engagement

We confirm scope first. We do not present payroll administration as a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, immigration or employment-status advice, and we decline engagements where the employer relationship, the funding arrangement or the tax treatment is unclear.
