Fees

How Orinomics Limited earns its revenue

All of our income comes from fees invoiced to employer clients for payroll administration carried out under a written service agreement. There are three charging bases.

2. Fixed monthly fee

For employers who want one predictable figure.

  • Quoted against an agreed pay frequency and an agreed headcount band.
  • Invoiced monthly in arrears.
  • Reviewed with you quarterly. If headcount has moved outside the band, a revised fee is agreed in writing before it applies. Never adjusted retrospectively, and never adjusted without telling you.

3. Fixed project fee

For work with a defined deliverable and an end point: migration, historic correction, a standalone year-end.

  • A single fee quoted against a written scope.
  • Additional work is quoted as a written variation and only carried out once you have accepted it.
  • No hourly overruns billed after completion.

Setup fees

A one-off setup fee applies where a payroll has to be built or migrated. It is quoted against the written scope and stated in your service agreement before you commit. There is no setup fee where a payroll transfers cleanly with complete data.

What we do not charge

No percentage of payroll value.

Our fee has no relationship to the size of your payroll, the amount of tax and National Insurance processed, or any deduction made.

No commission from anyone.

We receive no payment, rebate, referral fee or commission from software vendors, pension providers, payment providers or any other third party in connection with your account.

No charge to any worker.

Nothing is ever deducted from, or charged to, an employee or worker. The employer is our client and the only party we invoice.

No exit fee, and no charge for providing your own payroll data back to you when an engagement ends.

No minimum term beyond the notice period stated in your agreement.

No year-end surcharge for managed payroll clients.

Payment terms

Invoices are issued monthly in arrears and payable within 14 days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice. Where VAT applies, it is shown separately on the invoice.

A note on payment security. Our bank details appear only on invoices we issue, and they do not change. If you receive any message appearing to come from us that notifies a change of bank details, do not act on it — contact us directly through the details on this website and verify before paying. Invoice redirection fraud targets payroll and finance functions constantly, and this is the simplest defence against it.

Getting a quote

We quote after reviewing the actual payroll requirement — the number of payrolls, pay frequencies, employee count, data quality, reporting needs, pension arrangements and any migration work. The quotation identifies the services included, any setup work, the charging basis, and the circumstances that would create additional fees.

Scoping is free and carries no obligation.
